Body Intelligence Coaching
Heath and Nicole are certified by the Hendrick Institute as Body Intelligence Coaches where they team teach groups and work 1-on-1 to support others discovery of their body’s innate wisdom. Specifically, they share how to differentiate between a full body yes and a full body no, (how to generate integrity and alignment inside and out), and how to enjoy the experience of coming home to your heart by befriending your feelings.

Informed by our 25 year relationship building a loving kindness lifestyle, traveling around the world, and fueled by our insatiable curiosities, we created Living Metta to be a wellspring for healing, discovering and loving more fully.
The approaches we share stem from ancient practices and are supported by modern science. And we don’t offer anything we don’t practice ourselves. We like to say, “it’s kitchen and bedroom tested.”
